I am unable to post in the classifieds due to my post count. I would like to speak to him regarding an item he has for sale. My contact number is 917- seven three one- 7985 if that works better.

You should have access to reply to a post, you just are not allowed to start a for sale thread.

Thanks for the assistance. I was finally able to get in contact with him through PM after the restriction was lifted.
