Wheel paint

Does anyone know if the 05 factory Bullet wheels are painted or powder coated? I have a set with a nasty scratch and want to touch it up. Went to the Ford dealer and they told me they only make touch up for body colors, not wheels.

Ask a different ford dealer and see if you get the same answer. I would think somebody has some kind of paint for those wheels.
