Wiper control module

Does anyone know how to fix the wiper control module, test it, or where I can find a new one????? I am coming up empty with everything I've tried. I'm not an electrical guy either so that doesn't help any.
Any help would be appreciated.

The wipers are almost working. They work sporadically. At this point I have replaced the motor the wiper control module under the dash and the switch on the column. They run and then stop at any point in the cycle. They do this on intermittent and low. They don't work on high at all. Any ideas???

Sounds silly but most wiper problems are bad grounds. Try running a wire from the wiper motor case to the battery negative post and see what happens.

I ran my test light from the positive side of the battery to the ground wire on the motor case and it lit up nice and bright. But I'll try the ground wire to.
On another note I removed the 6 amp circuit breaker and put in a 7/12 amp fuse and it burnt out almost immediately. Makes me think there is a short somewhere in the wiring.
