Hi all-
I just installed a motor w/ new flywheel/clutch, and the clutch pedal goes to the floor.
The clutch is adjustable, but the Z-linkage appears to go to the end of its travel before it hits something. Has anyone else seen this? what was the fix?

Is the TO bearing in place at the end of the fork, with the gearbox snout in the center of it?
Friction plate on backwards?
Post some pics - best with the gearbox out to see what's lined up.

Yes, the TO bearing is in place, I'll verify to see if the arm is sitting on the pivot ball alright.
