Anyone have suggestions for a reasonably priced blow-off valve? I'll be installing a Pimpx system soon, so I don't need a bypass valve, but a blow-off valve. Probably will be keeping boost under 18 lbs. if that matters.

Do you want it loud? If not, consider a bypass valve set up in a blowoff valve configuration. I'm reasonably happy with my APR R1 valve used in this way.
I had a Forge BOV, and it was so loud that I was embarrassed to drive it in populated areas. It also fluttered and leaked. Perhaps a new spring would have improved it, but it was so loud that I didn't want to bother. I imagine the horn-shaped valves are even louder.

I ended up ordering the dual piston unit Stinger sells. I'm sure my son would love something loud, but I hope this one is not too bad.

I just removed the core from the stock intercooler housing. I'm amazed how small these thing are. About the size of two standard bricks side to side. I need to pick up a bag of larger blast media to get the housing cleaned up and then I'll put the Bell core in the housing. The stock tube and fin unit looks pretty puny. I can see why it runs out of efficiency so soon. I'm hoping the new core's almost triple flow rating shows some results.

While I'm using this company's bypass valve if the blow off valves are of the same quality I'd give it a try especially the electronic one that can be made quite or loud with a knob inside the car. Anyways look into "GoFastBits".
