The start of the 2020 Formula 1 season is [almost] upon us. And Ferrari is off to their usual (expected?) non-lead. Fortunately there have not been any protests against Ferrari's new engine technology nor Mercedes steering system. Yet. Masked lawyers standing by,

How the race tomorrow will turn out is still unknown. The suspense F1 fans must endure is yuuuge.

Stay Tuned - the season may actually start this year.

Well it certainly has been an interesting season so far. With several events past already, what is particularly amazing is that there is a 20-slot tie for first place in the points. As far as I know this has never happened before.

What will the future bring? Will Hamilton and Mercedes win another championship this year? And lots of rule changes coming next year.

We seem to have been fast-forwarded to the Silly Season:

After being tied (still) for last place this season, Sebastian Vettel is jumping ship at Ferrari end of this year.

Carlos Sainz is moving to Ferrari to take Vettel's seat and play second to LeClerc.

Daniel Ricciardo is leaving Renault and moving to McLaren to take Carlos Sainz seat.

Didn't see any of this coming, surprised as well.
Still don't understand why Ricciardo ever left the Red Bull team to join Renault.
And now he's jumping ship again. He should've stayed put with the new Honda engines.

Where's Vettel going? Is he out of a seat? Don't know but I can certainly understand that after five years at Ferrari he's not gotten at least one more Drivers championship. I'm caught between saying that Ferrari (past 6+ years) has been seriously mis-managed (60%) or Mercedes has just been way too dominate (40%).

LOTS of rule shcnage next year that may re-level the field. If only they actually start to race again.
