ignition cutting out

Not sure where to post this so I will post it here

after my car got running again it is now having an issue with the ignition cutting out then coming back
the tach drops to zero then comes back with the engine
seems to be cutting out more and more

the PIP,TFI,TPS, ignition switch, and coil where all replaced before the issue started
PiP is motorcraft
TFI non motorcraft
TPS non motorcraft

Never had any trouble with this car till it had the starting issues.

Have a close look at the TFI wiring harness between the TFI and the car (it's part of the EEC harness).

I did put on a new connector for the TFI

I rewrapped the wires that were wrapped before and put shrink tubing over each solder joint

is there a way to test each connection?

Yes, do you have a DVOM and a wiring diagram?
Ford used to have a “break out box” which made tracing circuits back to the ECM much easier, but you can get by without that.

But before you get into any of that, have you tried “wiggle testing” the harness where you made the repairs while the engine is running?

and have not had any time to do anything with the car lately
