Does anybody would be kind enough to take a picture of their starter solenoid? I'm just confused on what wire goes where?

thanks

A couple installed pics. The rear-most stud goes to the large cable that goes directly to the starter motor. The front large post gets the alternator charging cable and the battery positive cable. The push-on small screw stud gets the ignition cable start wire (two red wires together).

MAKE SURE the case of the solenoid has a good ground to the fender panel.

( And No, the battery is no longer mounted with tire wraps. That was a test fitting. )

Yeah thats what they're all sayin'... lol

I have an extra yellow wire and a "greenishh/brownisshh " wire that I'm sure they were going there.. but I don't remember what stud they were bolted to?

Where did you get that battery and tray? Can you tell me about it or provide a link?

That's an Odessey PC-680 - weighs in about 14-16 Lbs, depending on which model (normal, armored, more, etc.) with SAE terminals. Common in snowmobiles, mortorcyckles, ski-do'es, etc.

The bracket is one I found for that battery on the Internet (have specifics somewhere) that I had powder-coated in gloss black. It's a dry cell battery. Also available in a deep-cycle version.
