Mike, can you verify that the AC lines are SVO? My '86 has a drier that is separate from the line itself. I'm interested if someone can verify that the line is for an SVO and not a V8.

I purchased the line from Advance Auto a few years back. I had to order it because they said it was SVO specific. It was $149 back then and I don't think they carry them any more. When it was shipped to me (special order) it came straight from the manufacturer. That's all I got. The other line is NOS, Ford OEM.

Bob,
The replacement drier is different than the original. The HP line on the replacement is all one piece where the original has a spring lock which allows the line to separate from the drier. The drier Mike has posted looks like it could be correct but it is really hard for me to tell with it in the bag in that pic. I have included some pics of the drier on the 2 86 SVOs I owned. I wish I had better pics...
