It still has three wheels and tires fitted when it was being stuffed into the trailer.
Those B-pillars sure did take a beating!

Not sure where they got their reports from. They were both on the Today show this morning. Foley escaped with no serious injuries. Co-driver has a dislocated sholder & some minor bumps & bruises. Foley said he was awake & alert through the whole event. Co-driver blacked out after banging his head around a bit. If you watch the video you can see the co-driver's head hanging out the side of the car during a couple of the rolls. His helmet had several cracks but served its purpose of keeping the gooey matter in tact.

Find out who built the RC. They seem to do good work.
Now I wonder if the Mitsubishi warranty will cover the fault that caused the accident?

Now I wonder if the Mitsubishi warranty will cover the fault that caused the accident? First off it was a EVO 8 where USDM production ceased on March, 2005 So they've all been out of warranty for ~2.5 years.
Besides racing carries no warranty. Seems almost all auto manufacturers have a similar policy.
