94-95 throttle body

OK, I picked up a '94-'95 throttle body today. Do I use the original TPS and IAC?? Or do I need to change them to something else??
Also it looks like the throttle cable is slightly different, yes or no??
Is there anything else I need to know about before bolting it on???

i found one from a 95 5.0 tbird and modified it to fit. The IAC fit fine, it was the TPS that was a pita to fit and i actually think i may have not even put it on correctly. the way it mounts the TPS would hit the intake.
I remember the throttle cable working fine along with elongating the bolt holes to fit the upper intake.

it has caused a few problems i suspect like a higher than normal idle.
