My 86 had condensation just like you have. I removed the lights drilled a 1/8" hole in the bottom of each front corner, just behind the lens, (two holes per light). End of condensation issue, no more...
I had bought that car a year or two ago, it is a real rust free car from AZ. I figured I would never get it done and Tony will have it in top shape in a jiff so I'm proud to let it go to him. I still...
PC ? My system is installed and working I am just short that brace, bolt for the block and spacer. Everything lines up and works as it should. The compressor seems stable enough without the brace...
Mike Is the AC setup the same on a 85 SVO (early) as the 86. I forgot that my 85 has the complete AC system installed, only problem is it's 100 miles from home in my storage building at my daughters...
That's it for sure, I will need the spacer also.
I just got the AC back on the 86 and I discovered I am missing a part. There is a brace that goes from the exhaust manifold over to the back of the compressor or maybe the compressor mounting bracket...
In my 86 the factory radio was pretty much junk. I put a Sony in but rather than use and possibly damage the factory speaker wiring I ran new wires adjacent to the factory wires so as to be able in...
They do have a pocket, just not as deep as the SVO control arm. They appear just like the stock steel stamped Fox body control arms. BTW I have been driving this car for awhile now, it's like a whole...
I tried to add some pictures but they won't upload, the little wheel just keeps turning round and round.
The control arms I ordered were p/n RK620900, and RK620899. The application is from 1994-2004.
I had bought a used set of control arms from a 99 Mustang. I ordered a pair of K8749 Ball Joints and...
Well I got it done yesterday, new MOOG SN95 lower control arms. They came with the ball joint and bushings for $87 each. I wound up cutting the original SVO springs 3/4", did not have to drill...
I am doing the conversion and installing new SN95 Lower Control Arms on my SVO using the MM adapters. I understand the stock SVO springs will be too long due to the difference in the stock vs. SVO...
We got there on Thursday afternoon, took about 15 minutes to pick up our package at the Embassy Suites, went over to the track straight into the MORE parking area, took the tram to gate one, looked...
The 94 Pace Car Cobras had the charcoal paint, regular Cobras 94-95 were silver. I have a original 94-silver. The 96-97 Cobras had the charcoal paint.
2 degrees this morning in KY. The SVOs are all tucked away with their covers on waiting for spring. I did have to move the Cobra outside and it's ice/snow covered. I hate having to put a car outside....
I always learn things here-good to know.
My 85 4E car has a loose headliner around the sunroof. I was hoping to be able to reattach it, so this is interesting, I will be in the same boat in the future.
I have had a couple of 85s with two pumps like yours and I have had 86s with just the intank pump. I thought the 85.5 would have the same configuration as the 86 but I guess not. Sorry I can't help...
I'm going for sure but will be driving my 94 Cobra. Looks like I'm selling the white SVO and the green one is not up to that kind of trip yet.
BTW, thanks for the wheel and knob, very nice. I have them safely packed away waiting to get the SVO in for it's turn in the shop.

Did you get it at SMS?
I sent for SVO fabric samples from TMI. The insert material does not have the little dots, and the dark looks too dark to me. I will do leather before I would use that, maybe these jax folks can do...
Keep us posted, I got signed up for the Charlotte event.
I need a throttle body for my 86 SVO, stock is what I am looking for, do not need TPS or Idle Air Control. Needs to not have worn shaft/s.
