That right there proves the point that they're not build in consecutive order......100550 was the 109th SVO assigned a VIN (one before 100565) but the 149th off the line.
HH is front and RR is rear. Springs codes are always in the following order...
Left Front - Right Front - Left Rear - Right Rear (With left being driver-side and right being passenger-side.)

100565 is not the production sequence. That is only the order in which VINs are assigned. 100565 was 565th Mustang assigned a VIN for 1984 and the 110th SVO assigned a VIN for 1984.

LOL, there are 10 trackers at that link on CW. There's even one here.
You're correct that the SVO didn't have a "low fuel" light -- because they didn't have the "graphic warning display" but instead had switches for premium sound system or foglamps, and premium fuel.

Looking again at the build sheet above, I see no speaker code which means no (rear) speakers were to have been installed, which probably also make the radio code "D" (delete).
