Sad to read this. Bob was such a pleasure to work with.
I still have one of his recovered horn pads on one of my cars today.
Yes, Bob will be missed.

From the engine pic... driver quality at best. Nice buy for someone though...
I have spoken to Arnold as well about the car... I got the feeling that he is not really interested in selling the car and as others have said, just throwing numbers out there to see if someone...
He recently posted pics over on the FEP site in the SVO section of the car having successfully made the trek to his new home in NC. I would try him over there.
I would normally estimate, based on mileage and condition, $17k, but with the BJ factor, I could see up to $22K.
Very interested to see how much this car brings.
Not a bad looking car... glad to see that you haven't gotten away from the SVO's entirely!
Assuming I get my car back together in time, I will be there on Friday morning.
Sorry to see you posting it up for sale, looks like a really nice car! I was hoping to see you and the car at the upcoming MCA National in St. Augustine next month.
HA! I thought the same thing when Greg first posted it up... ahhh, memories!
Common problem on the E5 version of this part and you have two options:
1) find a nice set of the earlier E4 version
2) contact SVPU for fiberglass reproductions
The first is my preference and...
Ditto... I use a thin layer of RTV sealant as well.
I can assure you that there are parts out there. There are several collectors, including myself, that have accumulated over the years. I would suggest you post a list up of what you need.
I will take that too! PM me the shipping cost to 30240.
Thanks!
And yes... you have been gone too long!
Based on the part number, it would be the RH side. If, so, I will take it.
Greg,
Interested in the motor mount, what is the part number on the box/part?
Greg,
Interested in the rear brake hose. Does it have the Ford Engineering part number stamped into the bracket?
Sold quick... not a bad price either.
Nice looking car... maybe someday on the $20k asking price.

Check out the video...missing coil cover, but looks good overall.

At least for 85.5 and 86, the original finish was galvanized. I know the service replacements are painted black.
I actually stripped the black paint off one in my blast cabinet and found a...
Picked up my copy today at Barnes & Noble.
David did a great job on the piece and several nice pics of just a small portion of Kendal's "collection".
The manual release cable may be tucked behind the trim panel. Typically it is laying in the spare tire well as Dave said.
Bob,
I personally appreciate all you did for us and the "passion". Thanks!
Nice write up and pictures! Thanks for posting this up.
