Well, we can bring this one to a close.
The car finally passed smog (bad dizzy shear pin problem fixed), its been registered and licensed. My son will be using it as a daily for a while, when he gets some reliable transportation we'll start modding it.
It was a long journey from a shell to a legal road car.
Enough of that, it was giving me a headache.

It might have been sold on...or its sitting on a shelf in the garage. I'll have to check.
