Unless you are a skier or are into snow machines no one likes snow except for the look outside. I on the other hand love spring and fall and hate the heat of summer. Never mind the heat of southern summer.

    93 here yesterday.

I heard they asked that furry rodent about his shadow again and his prediction was another 63 weeks of winter. (Cue Sonny n' Cher song from Groundhog Day)

We are definitely havin' a heat wave. The low here last night at 4600 ft. elevation was 58º, but three days ago it was low 41º with a high of 94º.
Right now it's 105º outside my door.
How in the world is a person supposed to dress for that kind of weather, let alone go for a nice Father's Day Sunday drive?

    LOL!!!
Anything more than swimming trunks during the day is too much, and anything less than flannel shirt with levis is too little at night.

When I worked at the Bondurant Shccol summer of 1990 the PHX airport was closed during daytime for a two or so weeks. Temps were 125+ and they wouldn't allow any landings/take-offs between 1000-1900 hours.

And there I was working on a 12 acre blacktop standing next to cars with running engines. I think I was younger then.

The average temperature for Tucson this June was 90 F. That's averaging the nite time low and day time high. We had 2 days at 114 F. and 25 days of 100+. That's just June. 2017.

Here in Georgia it's 85 - 93* with the humidity in the 65% Hot & sticky. I'll be picking up my new Hose Wizard A/C conversion kit with v-belt pulley on Friday. My metal garage was 107* the other day so it will be awhile before I get it in. I've got the new rebuilt turbo out ready to go in but I figured while I've got the room I should work on the A/C.

Thankfully the SVO is running fine so don't have to work at night, tonight 68 and Thunderstorms/Flash Flood watch, tomorrow 90 with high humidity! Can't wait for the weekend in the 80's with lows in the 60's perfect summer weather in MN.

I must say, I'm enjoying the moderate climate of central Texas over the Midwest. Though, it is amusing to see people lose their shit when the bottom falls out and it "only" gets up to 50.

Here in PA, tee shirt weather Monday, Friday high of 39 predicted. It's been so mild and wet I'm still mowing in November and my lawn is lush and green. I think that's about to end! Glad I got done what I got done when I got it done.

Low 50s today, mid 30s tomorrow. We have had some unseasonably warm weather but I think that's over.

16+ inches of snow and still snowing today won't be taking the SVO out anytime soon, All time record April snowfall total in Minneapolis this month and more in the forecast. Not the kind of record you want to set!
