    Inline Intake vs. Square

Which of the intake manifolds flows better, the inline or the square? From the pictures it looks like the inline would have fewer sharp bends, but I've never heard of anyone swapping out a square manifold for an inline. I vaguely recall that Ford went to the square for NVH reasons. That, and the article about Nelson Ledges that shows an inline type manifold and says it was the result of a significant development effort makes me think the square was a compromise and the inline is better. Anyone have an opinion about this?

People want squares for simple modding like hogging it out and rotating it for fmic setups
