Low budget tire rack for the garage

So I was searching for ideas & came across this fairly easy rack that works if you can afford to use the floor space.

Personally I need to mount mine high on a wall that will eventually be accessed via a 4 post lift. But the one in the link is a great option if you need easy access & have the floor space available. Maybe Pat can post his plans & pics from the one he recently put together in his shop.
