I'm waiting for an RMA. So far, 3 out of 4 that I rec'd are bad. Bad cable end at USB connection, bad/intermittent connection at camera lens, and one is completely dead.

Club MemberNot really. 7 or 8 Emails later, and they insist that I Email them a video of the problem. My Email won't allow a 100 meg video attachment, so I sent them a couple videos loaded on to Youtube. They say they can not see the videos. The automated responses would be comical if I weren't hung out to dry awaiting a RMA for the bad items.

I purchased one from Harbor Freight...
Like everything from HF, it'll eventually become a hammer.
Enough of that, it was giving me a headache.
