    Front seat beltbolts

Is there supposed to be a thick rubber washer behind any of the shoulder belt bolts either at the floor mount or the B pillar?? I removed all 4 but only 2 had the rubber washer. I thought they went to the floor mounts behind the seat but now I cant remember. Can someone look and tell me please???

    THANKS

Lowers only. It is to help keep the lower piece from flopping around - more critical on the inside buckle piece. So it doesn't flop down between the seat inside and the tunnel. Gives it some friction/sticktion to hold it in place.

Not so critical on the outer side since it will be held up by the rachet coil spring retractor thingie on the outside. Not needed at all on the upper mount - that should always swivel freely where it mounts to the B-pillar.
