need a new oil fill cap

I lost my oil fill cap on my 86 svo. I dont know how but I must have forgot to put it back on the other day. I am so pissed!!!

I got an aftermarket from Advance AP but does not fit for crap. Anyone know where I can get the right cap for it?

Press in or screw on? My Turbo cam cover is press on, but I'm running a stock non-turbo cover and the non-turbo screw cap is different that the turbo one. Odd...

Got it. Does it turn in and not seal?

I lost my original and the aftermarket on i got does not get tight. Just spins around. I guess it is made more for a flat valve cover where as the SVO valve cover is recessed in a bit.

I hust ordered one from summit so will have to wait and see. Having trouble locating a factory oem though!

I bought them from rock auto a while back but I think they were on close out. Give them a try.

IIRC a non-vented cap from any 2.3 lima will work.

This is the one I got and am confirming it does fit my 86 SVO. Nice and tight fit too, will not leak.
