Will they fit on my 84 Slapper bar car

Our 84 has H & R Sport suspension with rolled rear wheel wells. Will a pair of 245/50/16 tires mounted on OEM SVO Wheels fit on the rear without rubbing?
I know they will be a bit larger diameter & will throw the speedometer off a couple of miles an hour, which is fine with me, but don't want them to rub on bumps etc.

They will rub without the lips bring rolled. I know that from experience. Once the lips are rolled they clear but not by much.
