Those look exactly like the ones I bought from Forced 4 to include the stickers, when I upgraded to a water cooled turbo. The complete set also had the silicone tubing and all the clamps to complete the install.

Yes, those are Forced4 tubes.
A full set will include five (5) tubes - the pic above is missing the turbo coolant drain tube.
