    Cooling fan motor disassembly

does anyone have a good idea how to remove the cooling motor fan blades from the electric motor?

have been soaking it in WD40 for the days but still will not move.

There's a retaining clip on the non-motor side of the shaft. After removing the retainer, all the ones I've touched fell off.

but fan is rusted to the shaft(remember I am in the rust belt)

I was hoping that it would have been easier but add another chapter to my life

The fan is white plastic, right? So only the shaft can be rusted.

Maybe soak it in naval jelly to "melt" the rust??
