    NCRC/AROSC racing this past weekend.

Took the SVO to Buttonwillow this past weekend for racing and then running a 2 hour enduro with my friend Don in his 5.0.

SVO broke after three sessions, exhaust to turbo manifold studs kept backing out.

Ran the enduro and at about 1 hour 30 min we blew the power stearing line. Enduro was done for us.

On Sunday Don was cool enough to let me drive his 5.0 all day and in the two races.

We ran configuration Race #1 CCW which I had never driven before. I ended up running about a 2:17 during qualifying which gave me the pole position for the first race. I ended up taking first overall.

Second race I got the pole again and duked it out with another fox body and ended up winning.

Seriously thinking about dropping a new motor in the SVO.

    I'll post some videos later.

So between you, Bob and Fitz, you're the first on-track?

    Congrats!

Well...I think that Bob has had his car on the track and it probably lasted about as long as mine did. Even though I couldn't get more than 5 lbs boost it handled great. Being about 300 lbs lighter than the 5.0 I could tell the difference going into the corners. I think we need to get all three of us on the track at once, then we can lay down the bets!
