If you were not there, you missed a kick ass week. Or was it an ass kicking week?
We will return next year & we hope to once again show the Shelby owners what a 30yo 4cyl can do.
For anyone interested, I will be listing limited production SMR SVOCOP shirts in the forsale section when we get home. Price will be $17.50 + shipping. We only have L & XL remaining.
Look for pics from the travels, rental house & events later this week.

Home last night (after a stop at Mike's and to pick up a sink)
Great time !! Thanks to all for putting up with me.

and looking for SVO ads in 1984 Playboys here

HAHA, I was wondering what was in that place. We passed by it a few times during the week. Lisa & I stopped in front of it briefly, but decided we would have to stop in next year.

Lisa's view of the convoy to the show Saturday morning. We were missing Chalky & Hass but the convoy was impressive non the less. We talked to some folks at the show & at the banquet that were commenting on the convoy of SVOs that were passing through town.

It took a little extra work to put the trip together, but it was well worth all the effort. Thanks for eveyones input & feedback!
As for Lois & Scott winning, it was well deserved with all the work that has been put into that car to get it to where it is today. Now I need to convince Lois to take over cleaning duties on my car...

Conversation with a woman pumping gas in her 1986 F150 at a gas station in Cody, WY:
Customer: "How much do you want for that car on the trailer?"
Me: "$12,500.00"
Customer: "That's ALL?"
Customer: "I just want the engine to drop it in my LX Thunderbird"
Scott: "Do you know what engine is in there?"
Customer: "Its a 5.0!"
Scott: "No it's a 2.3 Turbo which was faster than the 5.0!"
Customer: "Well thats fine, I'll take that"
Customer: "Why's that car on the trailer?"
Me: (Thinking to myself) "Because it lost the other 4 cyclinders ..."
