    Forum Rules

    Registration to the SVO Club of Pat forum is free! However, we do insist that you abide by the rules and policies detailed below. These rules are subject to change so please review them periodically.

    Although the administrators and moderators of the SVO Club Of Pat will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this site, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of the SVO Club Of Pat, nor vBulletin Solutions, Inc. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

    Failure to follow these posted rules in their entirety will result in disciplinary action leading up to and/or including full bans.

    General Posting Guidelines
    1. Cross posting
    Please post your topic to one forum only. If it needs to be moved, contact a moderator.

    2. Language
    Please keep the use of offensive language to a minimum or none at all. We are here for people of all ages, and want everyone to feel comfortable. It will only be allowed in the NSFW forum as long as it stays in the NSFW forum.

    3. Official Language

    This is an English speaking site, so we ask that our members post only in English. We don't want shortened words or slang on this forum that are not friendly to our search engine. Try to stick to full and proper English. If English is not your first or natural language, moderators will do their best to assist you in your English posting efforts. Moderators may edit and/or delete posts in other languages and give warnings and/or infractions to members who don’t abide by this rule.

    Moderators may also edit posts to correct spelling errors to make our search engine happy.

    4. All CAPS
    Do not use all caps in your messages as that is similar to shouting and is impolite. All caps also make posts more difficult to read.

    5. Topics
    Please stay on topic. Minimize spamming and out of topic posts.

    6. Adult Content/Unsuitable Material
    No adult content of any type, including images or depictions, is allowed in any forum, except the NSFW forum. Hate links or racism material will not be tolerated.

    7. NSW/NSFW Section
    We have private rooms for adult topics. Should you wish to join this section, you must PM a Moderator with your age to ask for access. No one is automatically added to the NSFW forum. You MUST make a request, and be granted access, to visit the NSFW forum.

    8. Junk Posting/Spamming
    No posts just to post. This includes topics like 'let's tell a story post by post' as well as tacking on garbage to a thread. Spamming the boards is not allowed; including advertisements and ridiculous web site links.

    9. Name Calling/Attacks
    Personal attacks against other members or name calling, verbal abuse, starting offensive topics, etc. are not allowed. This includes talking about groups of people, not just individuals. Everyone can join in any discussions and/or debates but rudeness, profanity, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts are NOT TOLERATED.

    If you have a complaint about another forum member or moderator, use a private message (PM) to discuss the problem in a constructive manner. Do NOT post your complaint about another member. If, after discussing the problem with the member or moderator, no resolution has been achieved, please PM a moderator (or a different moderator) to discuss the problem.

    10. Hate Speech
    No hate speech. This will simply not be allowed.

    11. No Harassment
    Harassing members is not allowed...i/e using PM or email to harass a member, posting racism comments, spreading lies about and/or slandering another member, including swearing, baiting, insulting or other attacks on members. Dropping things in the forums just to stir the waters will not be tolerated.

    12. Topic Changing
    No derailing of threads because you don't agree with their content. If you don't like what you read, find a different thread. Don't take a thread off topic just because you don't like it.

    13. Don't question the moderators' decisions
    Please respect their final decisions. Closing, deleting, or removing posts, topics, and/or pictures is up to them. If they feel it needs to be done, respect that. Arguing with them only gets you warnings, infractions or a ban. PM a moderator if you have any questions.

    14. Actions
    Above all keep your interactions friendly, personable and mature, If you cannot, keep abusive comments to yourself, find another forum.

    15. Be Nice!
    We are here to have a good time and to have fun. We are a proud community who appreciates and respects everyone's opinion. We want to keep it that way.

    Avatars and Signatures
    Please use proper judgment when choosing an avatar and signatures. We like to promote a family/friendly atmosphere, and avatars that disrupt this will be removed or we may ask you to change it.

    AVATARS:
    Animations
    Animated avatars are welcome but if it distracts from the main content of a post and members, it will be removed or we may ask you to change it.When problems occur, please PM a moderator.

    Size
    Please do not use an avatar larger than 100x100 pixels, and no larger than 20KB. Avatars over these sizes won't be accepted.

    SIGNATURES:
    Images
    Any images you choose for your signature are welcome but please do not use over-rated images, they distract from the main content of a post and our members. Please do not use a signature image larger than 200x120 pixels.

    Preferred size is 200X100 or less.
    BBCode
    Please do not use too many BBCode tags like [] or "quote" in your signature, they distract from the text of the post.

    Changes
    The administrators of the SVO Club Of Pat reserve the right to add, modify, or remove any of these rules at any time. Rule changes apply to past, current and future posts.

    Disputes
    Administrators have the final say in any rule dispute.

    Consequences:
    One Infraction: You will receive a warning.
    Five Infractions: You will have your forum account suspended for one week.
    Ten Infractions: You will have your forum account suspended for one month.
    Twenty Infractions: You will have your forum account suspended indefinitely.

    Failure to follow these posted rules in their entirety will result in disciplinary action leading up to or including full bans.

    Rule Violations
    While these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently, The SVO Club Of Pat reserves the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these boards/forums are not disrupted or abused in any way. We reserve the right to remove any offensive posts without notice.
