    SVO ball joint boots

My 85 SVO ball joint boots need replacing (ball joints still good); researching gives me four options.
    Prothane 19-1716, for chevy truck
    Energy Suspension 9.13130R for mustang
    Prothane 19-1723 for mustang
    SVP-7004 from http://www.svpu.com
any advice on any of these?

You need BJ boots or BJs? You listed part numbers for boots.

My personal advice is I would go somewhere other than SVPU if you want to receive them any time this century.
There's nothing more to see here, now move along...

I used these: Energy Suspension 9.13126G. Recommended by a previous user, I think the application is a Chevy pick up. They worked fine on my 86. I got them at Autozone less than $10.

I picked up the energy suspension p/n 9.13126G but they are too small at 1 & 3/4" dia. to fit over the base of the BJ which is 2" This can't be the right part number

The last set I bought looked like they would never fit but the seller said to put them in place and tighten the ball joint down and they would spread and cover it and they actually did to my suprise!

I should have listened to Mitch. I ordered these boots a week ago from sv-pee eww, called left messages, no communications, nothing. I'm headed to Autozone today.

Well...the rest of the story, after I got mad I found out Paul had to leave for a family emergency and I feel like a douche.
